Overall experience was perfect 10/10. Stayed for a couple of nights, so all was perfect. It had a convenient and top setting adjacent to the old town, and the main bus terminal. Plus it was located in the middle of jackson. Antonio made everything for all of us. In the bathroom we had a shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets.

The room at 7heaven Luxury Rooms Palace had a cozy seating area where I could relax and watch TV. The air conditioning in the guestroom was a lifesaver, keeping the room nice and cool during my stay. The free WiFi in the room allowed me to stay connected and browse the internet hassle-free. The private bathroom with a hairdryer was convenient, ensuring I had everything I needed. The double room had a stylish tile/marble floor, adding a touch of elegance to the space.
Personally, I found the private entrance in the double room to be a bit inconvenient. It's just my preference though, as some may find it charming.

This place is an absolute dream! Located in the heart of the charming old town, we were surrounded by stunning architecture and had easy access to fantastic restaurants and shops. the rooms were modern and spotlessly clean, with thoughtful touches like a stocked mini-bar and complimentary drinks. Our host, Antonio, was incredibly welcoming and informative. We especially loved the soundproofing, as it allowed us to have a peaceful night's sleep despite being in the midst of all the action. Definitely recommend!
The lack of kitchen facilities, but with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, we didn't really miss it.
